You are paying for the search attempt, not the results. We do not guarantee that any specific profile will be found or that results will match your expectations.

2. No Refund Policy

All purchases of search credits are final and non-refundable. This policy applies under all circumstances, including but not limited to:

• No matching profiles were found in the search
• The search results did not meet your expectations
• You are dissatisfied with the service for any reason
• You did not find the specific person you were looking for
• You change your mind after purchase
• You did not understand what you were purchasing
• You claim you did not authorize the purchase
• Technical issues on your end prevented you from viewing results

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read this policy, understand that search credits are non-refundable digital goods, and consent to immediate service delivery.

3. Why No Refunds

CheaterFinder provides an immediate digital service. When you initiate a search:

• Our AI systems immediately begin scanning millions of profiles
• Significant computational resources are consumed
• The service is fully delivered at the moment of search execution
• The digital service cannot be "returned" once consumed

This is similar to other digital services like background checks, people searches, or data lookups - once the search is performed, the service has been fully rendered.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following extremely limited circumstances:

• Duplicate charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same purchase due to a technical error on our end
• Service not delivered: If you purchased credits but our system failed to provide any search functionality (complete service failure, not just "no results found")

To request a review under these exceptions, you must contact support within 24 hours of purchase with proof of the technical issue. All decisions are final and at our sole discretion.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider for a legitimate transaction, we will:

• Immediately and permanently terminate your account without notice
• Ban your email address, payment method, and device from all future use of our services
• Contest the chargeback with full evidence of service delivery, including timestamps, search logs, and your acceptance of these terms
• Report the fraudulent chargeback to fraud prevention databases and services
• Reserve the right to pursue collection of the disputed amount plus any fees incurred
• Reserve the right to take legal action for fraud and breach of contract

We maintain detailed logs of all transactions, searches performed, results delivered, and user activity. This evidence will be provided to payment processors and, if necessary, to legal authorities.

• You consent to immediate delivery of the digital service
• You waive any right to a "cooling off" period or right of withdrawal
