Billing Terms

1. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We accept:

• Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
• Debit cards
• Apple Pay and Google Pay (where available)

We do not store your full credit card information on our servers. All payment data is handled directly by Stripe in compliance with PCI DSS standards.

2. Pricing

2.1 Search Credits

CheaterFinder operates on a credit-based system:

• 1 Search Credit: $14.99
• Each search consumes one credit
• Credits do not expire

2.2 Currency

All prices are displayed and charged in USD (United States Dollars). If you are paying from outside the United States, your bank may apply currency conversion fees.

2.3 Taxes

Prices may be subject to applicable taxes, duties, or fees depending on your location. Any applicable taxes will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

3. Billing Descriptor

Charges will appear on your bank or credit card statement as:

4. All Sales Final

Once you purchase search credits:

• The purchase is final and cannot be reversed
• No refunds will be provided regardless of search results
• No refunds for dissatisfaction, no results found, or any other reason
• Credits cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash

5. Failed Payments

If your payment fails:

• You will not be charged
• No credits will be added to your account
• You will receive an error message explaining the failure
• You can try again with the same or different payment method

Common reasons for payment failures include insufficient funds, incorrect card details, or card blocks on international transactions. Contact your bank if you continue to experience issues.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank:

• Your account will be immediately and permanently terminated
• All remaining credits will be forfeited
• You will be banned from using our services
• We will contest the chargeback with full documentation of service delivery
• You may be reported to fraud prevention databases
• We reserve the right to pursue collection and legal action

7. Receipts and Invoices

After each purchase, you will receive:

• An email confirmation with purchase details
• A receipt from Stripe

8. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time without prior notice. The price displayed at the time of your purchase is the price you will be charged. Previously purchased credits are not affected by price changes.

9. Security

We take payment security seriously:

• All transactions are encrypted using TLS/SSL
• Payment processing is handled by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1 compliant)
• We never see or store your full card number
• 3D Secure authentication is supported for added protection
