1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using CheaterFinder ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Please read these Terms carefully before making any purchase. By purchasing search credits, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, including our strict no-refund policy.

2. Description of Service

CheaterFinder provides a dating profile search service that scans publicly available information across various dating platforms. Our service:

• Searches for dating profiles based on information you provide (name, age, location)
• Provides profile details and activity information when available
• Uses AI technology to match and analyze profile data
• Only accesses publicly available information
• Does not require dating app login credentials

3. Search Credits and Payment

3.1 Credit System

CheaterFinder operates on a credit-based system. Each search consumes one credit. Credits are purchased in advance and are non-refundable once purchased.

3.2 Pricing

Current pricing is $14.99 per search credit. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of purchase applies to your transaction.

3.3 All Sales Final

All purchases are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that:

• You are purchasing a search attempt, not guaranteed results
• Search credits are non-refundable regardless of search outcome
• No refunds will be provided for dissatisfaction, no results found, or any other reason
• You consent to immediate service delivery upon initiating a search

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Use only one account per person

4.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice or refund, if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Initiate chargebacks or payment disputes
• Abuse the Service in any way
• Create multiple accounts

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a legitimately provided service is considered fraud. If you initiate a chargeback or dispute:

• Your account will be immediately and permanently terminated
• You will be banned from using our services in the future
• We will contest the chargeback with evidence of service delivery
• You may be reported to fraud prevention services
• We reserve the right to pursue legal action and collection of amounts owed

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Harass, stalk, or harm any person using information obtained through the Service

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated systems to access the Service excessively
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute data from our Service
• Resell or redistribute our Service without permission
• Misrepresent your identity or purpose for using the Service

7. No Guarantees

We make no guarantees regarding the Service, including but not limited to:

• The accuracy or completeness of search results
• The availability of the Service at all times
• The ability to find any specific profile
• The timeliness or currency of profile data
• The identification of any particular individual

Results depend on publicly available data, which may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. The Service is provided "as is."

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CheaterFinder and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content from the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT SEARCH RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHEATERFINDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CheaterFinder and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
